We’re looking for passionate, experienced Agronomists to join our mission in restoring dignity to Caribbean agriculture. This role is more than fieldwork — it’s about relationship-building, sustainability, and helping local farmers thrive.As a Karayib Agronomist, you’ll:-Work directly with smallholder farmers to improve crop quality and yields-Provide technical support, training, and soil health guidance-Help build long-term, trust-based partnerships with producers-Support our commitment to regenerative and export-ready farming practicesThis is a field-based role with impact at the heart of it.
